Mahindra tractor spotted in PUBG but Anand Mahindra has no clue about this multiplayer game
PUBG is a popular Massive Multiplayer Online (MMO) game that was released in 2017. It has managed to sell over 30 million copies worldwide and also holds the record for most number of simultaneous players (1,342,857) at once, beating the previous record of Dota 2. The game has partnered with Microsoft for distribution and it will also be released soon on popular platforms like PlayStation and Nintendo. It is available for download on Android and iOS.
The game has a fanbase in almost every country now. However, fans from India took a rather delightful turn when some PUBG players spotted something very ‘desi’ in the game, a Mahindra 265 DI tractor. The tractor was first spotted by YouTuber Chocotaco and soon fans started sharing screenshots of the vehicle on social media.

Mahindra wrote in his tweet, “Ok, I admit I’m embarrassed. I try to keep abreast of the latest happenings in the world but what on earth is PUBG? And of course, I’m pleased Mahindra tractor figures in it. What happens to the tractor, by the way?”
